Sales Representative

At Credivera, we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell verified credentials and identity solutions that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals working inside our CRM for target tracking. The ideal candidate will be open to learning and working in a strong team environment and have the ability to showcase our solutions in a compelling way for our target industries.

Objectives:

  • Represent our company’s solutions,  starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with client  research to identify how our solutions solve their problems
  • Meet sales quotas through the successful  implementation of the buyer’s journey in your target market
  • Generate leads and build relationships calling on existing or potential sales targets
  • Work with the Client Services team to maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify new prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying calls, and manage sales cycle to close successfully
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos
  • Maintain up to date client interactions in our CRM
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs often utilizing product demos and presentations and voice of customer feedback to the Product team
  • Coordinate with other sales reps on key account opportunities to ensure full client coverage

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in sales of SaaS solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal,  presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software (HubSpot)
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time  to customer and events

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to accelerate the sales cycle through customer centric processes
  • Bilingual for Canadian clients
  • Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation and/or Finance sectors
